Psychotherapy provided in an outdoor setting such as a park, beach, or other mutually agreed upon public space. We can walk or sit at a bench while we talk about hardships and develop ways to overcome adversities. Walk & talk therapy provides the opportunity to move your body, get fresh air, and avoid having to be in constant direct eye contact, which may feel awkward for some. Sessions are 55 minutes and available in Spanish.

55 minute sessions available via HIPAA secured telehealth platform. Talk therapy sessions provide a space for you to honor yourself, be heard, validated, and develop insights to improve the ways in which you respond to life's obstacles. My style is strengths based, non-judgmental, and collaborative. A superbill can be created upon request. Therapy available in Spanish. 

Complete biopsychosocial assessment with diagnosis.

Assessments that lead to a mutually agreed upon plan of action for treatment. Clinical substance use assessments may be required to start a residential or outpatient treatment program or required as part of legal stipulations.

I offer clinical supervision towards licensure from a nurturing standpoint. I am passionate about this field and am committed to providing you a space where you will grow skills and confidence in your foundation towards becoming an LCSW. I have a welcoming style and ensure we cover important topics relating to clinical standards, ethics, and other social work values.
