Thank you for visiting Mana Behavioral Health Services. My name is Natalia Werkoff and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, and Certified in Perinatal Mental Health. I have been working in the field since 2010, following the legacy led by my ancestors, mother, and tias. As a social worker, I see things from a systemic viewpoint and notice the ways in which many factors interrelate. I believe in the good inside of people and dedicate myself to creating a space to support others in uplifting their overall wellness. I have experience in working with our most marginalized and vulnerable communities, and those struggling with depression, anxiety, substance use disorder, psychosis, and trauma. I work in this field because I believe change is possible. I am invested in improving our community and supporting other service providers. I also speak fluent Spanish and can provide psychotherapy in Spanish.
CSAC (2018): I specialize in following a Harm Reduction philosophy to address challenges relating to substance use. I can help you develop a deeper understanding of your relationship with your substance use. Whether your goal is to explore, decrease, or abstain from drugs and/or alcohol, I will trust you to be the expert of your experience. I am here as a resource to help you decide what is best for you.
PMH-C (2024): Parenthood is a beautiful experience that comes with challenges. After experiencing my own struggles as a new mom, I knew that I needed to do more to support mothers accessing metal health services. I understand how lonely and stressful parenting can be and am committed to helping parents gain skills and confidence to live a more fulfilling personal and family life.
